Congratulations to the 8th grade FOUNDING class of SLA-MS!

We’ll be celebrating them all week!

Monday through Friday, there will be private celebrations in each 8th grade advisory, at your normal advisory time.

On Tuesday, June 9th at 2:00pm, there will be an 8th grade congratulations ceremony. This will be a chance to reflect on our time at SLAMS as a community. Students may have a prepared speech or other memory to share. They may also just come listen and enjoy each other’s company!

On Thursday, June 11th at 2:00pm, there will be an 8th grade virtual party. BYO food and drink! This will be a more casual event and students will not have anything prepared beforehand.

Both virtual events, the congratulations ceremony and the party, will be about one hour and links will be posted in your advisory Google Classrooms to the Meets. Also remember that there will be an in-person celebration at our new building when possible. Date to be determined!
